Transportation Research Part C投稿过程 - 知乎切换模式写文章登录/注册Transportation Research Part C投稿过程Ming1103笔者最近投了一篇TRC,也是自己第一次投Elseiver,所以简单记录下投稿过程。顺带求一波好运,希望不要被拒稿。step 1第一步当然是进入系统,进来之后点击submit new manuscriptstep 2此时,系统会提示选择文章类型选择research paper,这个时候会提示链接到ORCID,笔者目前还没有ORCID,所以直接下一步了step 3上传手稿和cover letter。手稿的格式可以是word也可以是latex。如果是latex,不能直接将生成的pdf上传,需要上传源文件。上传manuscript上传cover letter上传之后,可以在系统内看到上传的文件step 4接下来需要推荐4名审稿人。Elsevier比较坑的一点就是必须要推荐审稿人。笔者也是废了一番精力才找到合适的审稿人。step 5然后是一些必要的选项,这一步有四个问题,需要投稿人给出选择Q1 资金确认:请确认你已经确认所有资助的研究组织,并提供了资金号。 如果有资金信息,直接勾选就行了 Q2 数据或代码公开声明:可以选择直接公开或者是不公开。笔者选择了折中的方式,有请求再公开。 Q3 是否将研究以预印本的方式公开。简单地说,预印本是一份研究论文的完整草稿,在进行同行评审之前与公众分享。这里笔者选择了No,因为说白了,预印本就是占位置的,表明这个研究是你首次提出的。笔者的研究不需要提前公开,所以也就不选择预印本方式提前公开。 Q4 是否愿意将研究相关内容一同发表在Research Elements上。笔者选择了No step 6下一步是给编辑部的留言step 7这里需要输入文章的题目、摘要、关键词、作者和基金号。 输入完成后点击build PDF for Approval就完成了。step 8最后一步是需要通信作者的确认。如果投稿用的账号不是通信作者的账号,上述7步完成后系统会提示以下信息:也就是需要通信作者登录他的账号来进行审核,审核完成后才会提交到编辑部。 之后系统会给每个作者发一封邮件来确认,确认完成后才正式的完成了投稿过程。发布于 2023-04-19 11:34・IP 属地陕西论文投稿SCI论文投稿交通运输工程赞同 727 条评论分享喜欢收藏申请

Scope
The focus of Transportation Research: Part C is high-quality, scholarly research that addresses development, applications, and implications, in the field of transportation, of emerging technologies from such fields as operations research, computer science, electronics, control systems, artificial intelligence, and telecommunications, among others. The interest is not in the individual technologies or methodologies per se, but in their ultimate implications for the planning, design, operation, control, management, maintenance and rehabilitation of transportation systems, services and components.
Of particular interest are the impacts of emerging technologies on transportation system performance, in terms of level of service, capacity, safety, reliability, resource consumption and the environment, economics and finance, privacy, standards, and liability. Submissions in the following areas of transportation are encouraged by Part C: the impact of emerging technologies for all modes and for intermodal transportation; intelligent transportation systems; real-time operations; logistics; resource management; consumer/traveler adoption, acceptance and usage of new technologies; infrastructure applications of emerging technologies. Quartiles
The set of journals have been ranked according to their SJR and divided into four equal groups, four quartiles. Q1 (green) comprises the quarter of the journals with the highest values, Q2 (yellow) the second highest values, Q3 (orange) the third highest values and Q4 (red) the lowest values.

智能交通领域期刊总结 - 知乎切换模式写文章登录/注册智能交通领域期刊总结澈行一直看到有关交通领域期刊的讨论,近几年本人一直在做智能交通领域的研究,借此机会写下一点个人关于智能交通领域期刊的看法,供参考。第一档(顶级期刊)Transportation Science交通领域公认顶刊,偏运筹方向,虽然影响因子不高,但在很多人心目中是top1。缺点是审稿周期较长,一般一年起。Transportation Research Part B: Methodological交通领域公认顶刊,Part系列的影响力毋庸置疑,Part B是系列中认可度最高的。喜欢大模型,对数学分析有较高要求。一般3个审稿人。IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems交通领域公认顶刊,IEEE Trans系列,IEEE智能交通协会旗舰期刊,影响因子较高。根据多次投稿审稿经验,一审三个月起,二审一两个月。最新规则最多允许两轮修订。一般3个审稿人。Transportation Research Part E: Logistics and Transportation ReviewPart系列里影响因子最高的,2022年2023年连续两年破10,势头明显。偏向运筹、调度和物流等相关方向。期刊双盲审。一般4-6个审稿人。编辑效率很高,审稿快,每轮都是一个月多点。Transportation Research Part C: Emerging TechnologiesPart系列,侧重于新技术,期刊的scope与IEEE T-ITS重合度较高。一审三个月左右。一般2-3个审稿人。相关学科顶级期刊:智能交通涵盖学科包括控制、通信、计算机等,可以关注对应领域的顶级期刊,如控制领域的IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control和Automatica等。其他中科院1区期刊:中科院1区期刊主要是指影响因子在学科前5%的期刊,看比例就知道,能进中科院1区的一般都属于领域顶刊。需要注意,由于期刊分区的主要依据是影响因子,有的顶刊影响因子不高,不属于中科院1区(如IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control和Automatica),但不影响其业内地位。第二档(次顶级期刊)IEEE Transactions on Transportation ElectrificationIEEE Trans系列。近年来IEEE Trans系列运营较好,Trans认证一定程度上就保证了期刊质量。IEEE Transactions on Vehicular TechnologyIEEE Trans系列,IEEE车辆技术协会主办。Transportation Research Part D: Transport and EnvironmentPart系列,但较第一档还是稍弱,放在次顶级。偏环保、绿色交通方向。其他相关学科IEEE系列期刊、其他Transportation Research Part系列期刊和其他中科院2区都可放在这一档。第三档(权威期刊)IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems MagazineIET Intelligent transport systems老牌期刊,但开源之后口碑有些下滑Transportation Research Part F其他中科院3区期刊都可以归在这一档,第三档期刊较多,建议参考中科院分区或JCR分区选择。第四档(其他期刊)编辑于 2023-12-05 19:57・IP 属地荷兰智能交通学术期刊科研赞同 291 条评论分享喜欢收藏申请

Transportation Research Part C: Emerging Technologies
The focus of Transportation Research: Part C is high-quality, scholarly research that addresses development, applications, and implications, in the field of transportation, of emerging technologies from such fields as operations research, computer science, electronics, control systems, artificial intelligence, and telecommunications, among others. The interest is not in the individual technologies or methodologies per se, but in their ultimate implications for the planning, design, operation, control, management, maintenance and rehabilitation of transportation systems, services and components. Of particular interest are the impacts of emerging technologies on transportation system performance, in terms of level of service, capacity, safety, reliability, resource consumption and the environment, economics and finance, privacy, standards, and liability. Submissions in the following areas of transportation are encouraged by Part C: the impact of emerging technologies for all modes and for intermodal transportation; intelligent transportation systems; real-time operations; logistics; resource management; consumer/traveler adoption, acceptance and usage of new technologies; infrastructure applications of emerging technologies.

近期,我院交通运输系曹志超博士在TransportationResearch Part C上以第一作者、南通大学为第一单位发表学术论文“Autonomousshuttle bus service timetabling and vehicle scheduling using skip-stop tactic”,该文基于精细化客流需求,提出来自动化接驳公交的时刻表编制方法,通过跳停(stop-skip)作业实现公交车辆的调度优化。模型以客流出行时间最小化和车辆数(fleetsize)最小化为目标,考虑车辆载客能力,通过DF图论方法实现fleet size的对比,基于奥克兰公交系统的案例分析,证明所提模型可实现用户耗时减少1.83%,最大车底数减少8.11%。 Transportation Research Part C是交通运输领域公认的顶级期刊之一,2018年中科院JCR分区为二区,影响因子为3.968。这是我校首次以第一作者、第一单位在交通运输领域顶级杂志Transportation Research Part系列发表学术论文。 论文网址:https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0968090X18309744

2021年4月,信息工程学院2018级硕士生李金龙同学(现为美国克利夫兰州立大学计算机系博士生)在导师徐志刚教授指导下以第一作者身份身份在交通运输学科Top期刊《Transportation Research Part C: Emerging Technologies》上发表了《Domain adaptation from daytime to nighttime: A situation-sensitive vehicle detection and traffic flow parameter estimation framework》(白天到黑夜的域自适应:一个环境敏感型的车辆检测和交通流参数评估框架)论文。论文第一署名单位和通信作者单位为均长安大学。文章简介该论文主要贡献是利用白天标记过的道路交通图像来辅助在未标记的夜间图像中进行车辆目标检测任务。本文提出了一种基于域自适应的 Faster R-CNN 的situation-sensitive方法,可以有效提高夜晚车辆目标的检测精度。该文章的主要创新之处:提出了一个situation-sensitive的车辆检测模型;提出一个situation-sensitive的交通流参数估计框架;基于长安大学在南二环路住宅区安装的高清摄像头,收集了两个白天黑夜的交通监控图像数据集共2000张,构建了公共数据集:https://github.com/fl82hope/N2D-transfer可供下载研究。期刊介绍《Transportation Research Part C: Emerging Technologies》(简称“TR-C”)目前是全球交通运输学科领域的顶级期刊,主要报道前沿新兴技术在交通运输领域的最新应用,该刊当前影响因子为9.022,在中科院和科睿唯安JCR分区中均属于Q1类Top期刊。
