He seems to slide into roles that other mainstream actors would cringe at, with such fluency that mirrors reality, and Bala is yet another proof of his diverse talent. Bala (Ayushman), the young stud boy in school whose mane was his pride suffers from premature baldness, and this becomes the central issue of his life. He has to address the problem at any cost, but his inability to control the gradual decay throws his life into a disarray first, and then he descends into embarrassment. Unable to come to terms with the situation, he tries scores of remedies until he finds a solution that will give him enough solace to find the love of his life.Without further going into the story it's pertinent to mention that Bala is a fantastic narrative of self pity and the process of coming to terms with the reality. The social stigmas associated with premature balding and being dark toned are still a matter of reality and the embarrassment or self pity is a result of shying away from accepting oneself for what he or she is. Director Amar Kaushik allows the problem and the eventual catharsis to slowly but steadily unfold, mostly using humour as a medium that keeps the proceedings light hearted. The purge is a poignant essay by Ayushman and Bhoomi Pednekar, both of whom give firecracker performances, whilst being ably supported by the extraordinary talent pool of Abhishek Banerjee, Javed Jaffrey, Saurabh Shukla and Seema Pahwa. Wear Bangles on wrists and start in a standing position with feet shoulder width apart. Keep your elbows glued to the side of your ribs and slowly curl your arms up to meet your shoulders with your palms facing forward. Squeeze your bicep muscle while your arms are on their way up and again when you’re at the top of the movement. Reverse the curl back down and repeat as many times as needed. Let it burn!

With Bangles on the ankles start in a plank position with equal distribution of weight between hands and feet, keeping your hands shoulder-width apart, back flat and head in alignment. Pull one knee into your chest and then alternate with the other knee. Run it out!

Get onto all fours on your mat with your knees stacked above hips and wrists stacked above shoulders. When you're in position with the Bangles attached to your ankles, lift one knee off of the floor and straighten it behind you while bracing your core and squeezing your glutes. If it's comfortable, try to raise the leg as high as possible, feeling the burn in your glutes. Squeeze at the top and then lower the lifted leg back down to the floor keeping the leg straight. Try to not tap the floor with your foot in order to keep the squeeze going. Do as many reps as you'd like and then repeat on the other side. Let it burn.

以东京为据点活动的女子艺人和创作者的系列bala的《barla (feat. BBY NABE)4月26日发行。
《barla》是bala 3月发行的出道曲，由大泽伸一(Mondo Grosso)担任制作人，KENMOCHI HIDEFUMI (星期三的康帕内拉)亲自作词。
表现了成员各自拥有的多样的世界线“散乱的世界”的MV也广受好评的该曲迎来了feat，是与她们同世代，自身的歌曲“PINK”SWEET”创下病毒式流行记录，同时也从事各种类型乐曲制作的双语说唱歌手BBY NABE。在仿佛90年代末滤光片house舞曲上，BBY NABE吸引人的节奏不断升级成为次世代赞歌。

MANON的新歌“come again (prod.Sam is Ohm》于7月26日发行。
2001年很受欢迎，吸收了当时俱乐部歌曲的m-flo的“come again”作为令和的文化icon备受瞩目的MANON的翻唱。参加m-flo乐曲remix比赛的历史，以及小泽健二发行的“今夜はブギーバッグ”封面募集企划中具有表彰经验的制作人/DJ Sam is Ohm，从现代的观点来看2000年代当时的乐曲，用Y2K音乐融入编曲。
在YouTube上公开了Y2K×复古未来的MV。MV和艺术作品由和MANON一起作为女子艺人&创作者集体bala的成员的Dan担当。

TOKYO的少女创作者组合bala于6月2日发行的第二张单曲《Heavenly》的MV在YouTube上公开。
【Music Video】bala – Heavenly
也经手了本歌曲Carly RaeJepsen, Porter Robinson, ODESZA, Lana DelRay的正式混音的加拿大的制作人Ryan Hemsworth和以旧金山为基地活动的制作人/音乐制造者Giraffage合作，由BODYSYNC制作，是充满了90年代狂欢派对的迪斯科浩室曲调。
公开的MV是由数码创意组织·OFBYFOR TOKYO的ufo担任导演。
“用‘天国=heaven’和‘现实=party’两种世界观表现了可爱又疯狂的bala成员的两面性。在天国，柔和，高贵，有点超现实主义。在现实中，快乐的、流行的、有点疯狂的，无论哪个世界的她们，都是真正的她们。在各自的空间快乐生活的4人，和2个世界链接的部分是这个作品的看点”。

以东京为据点活动的少女艺术家和创作者的组合bala的出道曲“barla”的制作人大泽伸一先生发布了自我混音版本。
继以“barla”双语说唱歌手BBY NABE为特色的合作版本发行之后的本歌曲，在继承原曲的Filter house概念的同时，以循环为主打。时髦而具有感染力的舞蹈曲目，与Kenmochi Hidefumi共同创作的抒情部分产生了出众的中毒性节拍。是凝聚了经常在俱乐部场合也一直处在最前沿的大泽伸一的精髓的乐曲。
这个月还发行了bala的永久成员MANON和SUNNY ONLY 1的独唱曲。另外，5月30日在惠比寿BATICA举办了bala的自主企划活动“bala take me with you bala × KOMOREBI”。进一步推广了那个世界。

和dodo合作的《WORLD’S END》，以及同曲的藤原hiroshi的remix版本，
迎接KM制作的“18”等，在音乐活动中发挥其品味的Z世代艺人/模特MANON。今年迎来了Lil’Yukich的制作的《GALCHAN MODE》中除了接近新兴类型HYPERPOP之外，还有佩戴谜之面具的艺人Qiezi Mabo也参加了。到现在为止在Edge上制造了高热度的话题。
她的新曲《Girlfriend》是由日语Rap镜头的大热制作人DJ・CHARI担任制作人。ZOT on the WAVE&dubby bunny提供的。搭配现在她倾倒的HYPERPOP融合了科幻气氛和rap节奏的电子音轨，完成了把摇摆的少女心用自动调音vocal方式演唱的过去最棒的易于传唱的歌。
